Where do I start - Am I even allowed to have a Barista on my exhibition stand?

Go Barista will take care of everything for you. We will liaise with the exhibition organiser and venue to ensure you can indeed operate a Barista service on your stand.
99% of venues will authorise the Barista service even if there is a corkage charge supplement. Remember we work across all European exhibition venues.

Can you liaise with my stand contractor to sort out logistics?

We will work closely with your stand contractor to ensure they have all dimensions and specifications of the coffee machines , grinders , water and power supplies. 
Go Barista will provide the contactors with all necessary technical plans, insurances and RAMS to ensure a seamless transition for handover and breakdown days. Our experienced Baristas know how to motivate the build teams by keeping them topped up with caffeine on those last few hours of build !!.

Can Go Barista provide a bar or serving station ?

If your stand contractor would prefer Go Barista to supply the complete coffee station including the counter - not a problem we have off the shelf counters but can also arrange for custom units to be made specifically to suit your stand layout and design. 

When and how do I send you artwork for branded cups / serviettes / aprons etc? - oh yes and when is the deadline for artwork?

Many of our clients opt for branded coffee cups , napkins and barista uniforms to enhance their brand awareness.  It couldn't be easier all we need is a high resolution logos and imagery in a pdf / eps or vector format, if this means nothing to you our design team can help. - We aim to have all artwork 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure plenty of time for printing

How much coffee should we order for the event ?

We generally work on a guide that a stand can look to serve 200 -250 cups of coffee per day, but when word gets our that our that our coffee is at the show and the demand is higher - dont worry we wont be turning anyone away !! Don't forget we don't just serve coffee, we are also known for our thick creamy hot chocolates and speciality teas.

Do we have to be there when you are setting up - do we need to do anything?

Our Baristas will aim to set up on the last day of build - we will liaise with the stand builder to ensure the most convenient time. 
We prefer to meet the stand manager or sales staff the day prior to the show start - just to say hello and become one of the team, but its not essential, our Barista will be on the stand as soon as the doors open (morning of the show) to set up and make sure you have a coffee in your hand to help you prepare for the day ahead.

We are ready to make a booking - how do we confirm the order  with Go Barista ?

To make a booking - simply send us and email, click the contact form below, or give us a call.  We will take the show details, note any specific requests and fire a quote back to you within 24 hours. We require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance due on show opening day.
